We work with athletes to develop a training plan that fits their individual needs and goals as well as busy life schedules. Triathlon, open water canoe racing, long distance running, mountain and road bike racing, and swimming. All these have one thing in common, there's no success without hard work. Making the hard work fun and efficient is the goal.
The most successful triathletes have one thing in common, they have a knowledgeable team. Not everyone can afford to have 10 people on payroll. Maui Endurance Racing provides access to a network of resources - including nutrition, sports specific coaching, form analysis, and personalized training plans. Utilizing training data to track performance and overcome training plateaus, continuous adaptation occurs. Annual training plans with macro and micro cycles that includes testing all with the goal to enhance adaptation. Relevant Kona experience and Ironman familiarity provide invaluable training tools.
